Fished the Holston River today. Light winds, sunny skies, and temperatures in the 80’s made it a great day to be on the water. They have not been generating a lot at the dam which makes it much easier to find and catch smallies at the various shoals I fish. That is subject to change, but I am enjoying the relatively stable water levels and the fishing continues to be good. Pictured is a hard fighting 201/4 in. smallmouth I caught late this afternoon.
