Back to Melton Hill Dam to fish the tailrace for those hard fighting stripers. The weather is hot, but so was the fishing. I managed to catch seven fish in three hours of fishing that averaged around fifteen pounds on medium-sized gizzard shad. The largest fish that weighed twenty-one pounds is pictured above.
