I had the pleasure of guiding Richard and Jerry from Ohio today. Even though the flow was reduced to one generator at Douglas Dam the fish were on fire during the entire four hour trip. It was another multi-species day with both anglers catching smallies, white bass, walleyes, channel catfish, and skipjacks. They had several double hook ups and by the time the trip was coming to a close I announced that they had caught a total of 47 fish. I asked if they would be interested in continuing fishing to see if we could hit that magic number of 50. They both were game and it wasn’t but a few more minutes before they achieved the half century mark. It was an epic day on the water guiding a couple of great guys. A picture of Richard with a nice smallie he caught is included in this report.
