I had a great late afternoon and evening fishing trip with Billy and his thirteen year old son Traylon. They caught a variety of fish that included smallies, white bass, channel cats, skipjacks and a kicker walleye. They are from Louisiana so Traylon had a couple of firsts by catching that lone walleye and several smallmouth bass. They were a couple of great guys to have in the boat and by the end of the four hour trip they had caught a total of 27 fish. A picture of Billy with a nice seventeen inch smallie is included in this report.
