Made a trip over to the Jump to find out if the fall migration had begun on this pretty little river. Some of the hottest weather of the year was now in place with record setting temperatures in the low 90’s. The water temperature on the Jump was an unseasonable 74 degrees. I saw no indication that the migration had started, but I did manage to catch 21 smallies with the biggest being a chunky 19 in. 3lb. 12 oz. fish pictured above.
